These terms apply to your use of the FORGED PERSPECTIVE website. They are website-use terms only; a separate written quotation, scope of work or signed agreement must govern any paid project.
1. Website information
The website is provided to introduce the studio, show selected visualisation work and allow prospective clients to make an enquiry. We take reasonable care when preparing content but do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or continuously available.
2. Visual material is illustrative
Images and descriptions on this website are visualisation material intended to communicate design ideas and atmosphere. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, they are not architectural or engineering advice, construction documents, measured surveys, specifications, structural calculations, statutory approvals, quantity information or instructions for construction. Do not rely on a render to make safety-critical, regulatory, structural or construction decisions. Refer to appropriately qualified and registered professionals for those matters.
3. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, graphics and visual material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may view the website for personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use website material without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. Any ownership or licence relating to client-supplied drawings, commissioned models, final renders and editable source files will be dealt with in the applicable project agreement.
4. Enquiries and submissions
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve production time, accept a quotation or require the studio to take on the project. A project begins only after scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timing, revision stages and applicable rights have been agreed in writing.
You must have the right to provide any material you submit and must not use the website to transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorised content. Please do not submit highly confidential drawings or sensitive personal information through the first-contact form.
5. No professional certification
FORGED PERSPECTIVE provides visual communication and visualisation services. The website does not represent that the studio or its operator is registered as an architect, professional engineer, engineering technologist, quantity surveyor or other regulated built-environment professional. Any regulated professional services, where required, must be performed and certified by the appropriately registered professional under a separate engagement.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on third-party hosting, form handling or other services. Those providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any non-excludable rights under South African consumer or privacy law. Subject to that restriction, the website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes, and you use it at your own risk. These terms do not replace the risk allocation, warranties or remedies that must be agreed in a project-specific contract.
8. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The laws of the Republic of South Africa apply, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules and the jurisdiction of courts that may lawfully hear a dispute.
